Cashiers were incredibly rude and dismissive spent 30 minutes in line when there was only one person infront of me.
Yesterday (08 June 2026) at 14:07 I ordered a full Triple Phanda meal for R64,90 yet the Steers only gave me the burger. I only noticed when I was far at home, I am incredibly disappointed and have been trying to get my refund, to no avail.
UPDATE (09 June 2026) The manager called me and he was incredibly understanding and kind. He said he was going to call one of the drivers to bring my chips directly to me and he did. Very happy about this type of service.

Absolutely love this branch, been coming here for 5 years and I’m vegan. They use separate utensils, always are careful not to mix my order with the meat, use a designated grill and just serve with a smile. It’s just a joyful experience
