I bought the prince meal , I'm so disappointed with the taste of the wings it's like they are boiled and sauced . No salt or spice taste the chips as well have no seasoning . Our orders are dispensed without sauces and savietts no salts to add taste to the food

⭐ Very Disappointing Service at Steers Kriel
We are extremely disappointed with the service we received at Steers Kriel. We waited for more than an hour for our food, which is completely unacceptable for customers who come in and place their orders in person.
What was particularly frustrating was that the staff appeared to prioritise delivery orders and delivery drivers while customers standing inside the restaurant were left waiting. We also noticed that customers who placed their orders after us received their food before we did, while we continued waiting without any clear explanation for the delay.
We understand that restaurants can get busy, but all customers deserve to be treated fairly and receive their orders within a reasonable time. Customers who physically come into the restaurant should not feel overlooked or less important than delivery customers.
This experience reflects poorly on the level of service provided, and we hope management will address the situation, improve the handling of orders, and ensure that all customers receive equal attention and respect.
