I would like to sincerely thank the staff at TotalEnergies Ultra City Three Sisters and Steers for their exceptional kindness and willingness to help. Earlier today, I thought I had lost my phone somewhere on the premises and was understandably quite stressed. The team at Steers immediately offered assistance and even took the time to review camera footage with me. When I went to the retail store, Johnny was equally helpful and kindly assisted me in checking the cameras there as well. Everyone I interacted with was patient, caring, and genuinely eager to help. Thankfully, I later discovered that my phone had been in the car all along, but the outstanding service I received deserves recognition. It’s rare to encounter such helpful and compassionate people, and their efforts turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you to Johnny, the Steers team, and the staff at TotalEnergies Ultra City Three Sisters for going above and beyond. Your kindness and excellent service did not go unnoticed.

This place is neat and clean. Our waitress was impressed us all by memorizing our orders and getting it right without writing it down!! Well done, Jeanne. The menu was comprehensive and overall a memorable experience. Will recommend

I was travelling alone and stopped for a quick "hit and run" meal. The service was friendly (early Sunday) and quick and most of all looks like some changes to the menu are VERY price competitive. I took a toasted egg & bacon and hot choc, all for under R50. Very happy and congrats to the great team.

Steers 3 Susters: Ordered 2 grilled chicken fillets, salad an chips. Portions were huge, chicken succulent. Was delicious!!!Perfect meal!! @ R89, 99 reasonably priced
